HDFC Bank — depository charges

The Bank has charged me Rs 2800 after calling customer care i had word that it was Depository charges on my account with out any information or permission or any notice or msg from any staff or employee of hdfc bank and even nobody informed me about any charges when i opened the account. you are requested to Please take the needful action and refund my amount as soon as possible or let me know what should i needs to be done from my side.
