HDFC Bank — Did not receive cashback even after 120 days

Address:plot no 19 LIC Colony ,Sikh Village, Near Tadbund Hanuman Temple, Near Tadbund Hanuman Temple

I have purchased ipad from tata chroma using cashback but the cashback was not received on my 3rd emi which was offer, now after multiple attempt they are trying to ignore my issue . Fake offer by hdfc bank credit card .
