[Resolved] HDFC Bank — didn't get credit card statement | |||
I always used to get credit card statement on mostly 15th of every month. I don't remember If I have missed any credit card bill in any month. Every time I have cleared all the dues to keep my credit score good. But this time, Neither through mail or sms, I got any statement for the bill payable on March 2019. And on 3rd of April I came to know that part of my due bill was auto debited from my Hdfc saving account. Problem is I always prefer to clear all my dues on or before due date to maintain my credit score. But this time HDFC debited part of bill without informing me. So, this transaction is going to badly impact my credit score. My question is why HDFC Bank missed to send me credit card statement? Who would be responsible for the charges, I have to pay for the remaining amount? And who would be responsible for my bad credit score this month? Was this information helpful? | |||
