[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — didn't get the money transferred through payzapp to bank - transaction shows success

Didn't get the money transferred through payzapp to bank - transaction showed failed. Its already been 6 days. I want my money back as soon as possible. Transaction id is[protected]uc16fs5 and i already contacted payzapp though mail, number and facebook but no response. Very bad service from hdfc and i also registered on https://leads.hdfcbank.com/applications/webforms/apply/Payzapp_Feedback/index.aspx
