[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — didn't receive cashback

I had bought a new iPhone 11 on 04/12/2019 but I haven’t received the cashback yet. Its been more than 4 months now.
I was expecting a cashback of 6000 until April first week but the amount hasn't been credited yet. The customer support email is invalid.
I have the receipt of the purchase and I will share it once the complaint goes forward
