[Resolved] HDFC Bank — didn't receive the iphone cashback | |
I bought iphone 11 worth 64990 from apptronix hyderabad on 15/12/19. As per the ongoing offer i used my hdfc credit card to avail a cashback of amount 5000 within 120days. Its been more than the given time period and still haven’t received the cashback. Tried contacting the customer support team but unable to reach because limited number of agents available due to lockdown. Look into it, this is very frustrating and not a good customer service.
