HDFC Bank — Disappointed for amb on my account and information given by rakhi | |||||
Hi Regarding my account [protected]. I got a call from rakhee bhatia under docket number[protected]. She told me that my deducted charged are reversed, i am thankful for that but then she told me a shocking information that to avoid further amb i have to maintain my account monthly with 300000 or 10, 000 on a daily basis for every month. It sound ridiculous as who maintain amount of 3 lakhs on saving account monthly if a person is employed and getting only 15000 monthly I asked her again and again if she is saying correct and everytime is told yes maam, you have to maintain 300000 monthly to avoid charges. I wrote to niti malhotra too but she did not respond. Then i checked the website and there they has mention amb for saving account is 10, 000 for a month and that seems okay but 10, 000 on daily basis is ridiculous.
