Dear sir,
I am very disappointed due to mail conversation and received messages regarding dispute case with ref. No [protected] amount deduction rs. 695 on 26 may 2017, i have already sent the mail regarding card holder dispute form two times, although i received mail to send the dispute form & transaction evidence,
Kindly request to check properly or improve your system. By sending your mail & messages that show improper planning to manage the dispute cases.
I have logged three dispute transaction
Amount transaction 1 (Ref no [protected])

Visit the website & also filled the card number only & i have no complete the order, but message received at 10:40:55 on 26 march 2017 regarding transaction amount detected & same time i complained without otp & password, how can be possible the transaction was successfully.
Amount transaction 2 (Ref no [protected])
Slimlivingclum.com rs. 695
No order for the above transaction, but message received at 10:41:37 on 26 march 2017 the transaction was done as above.
