HDFC Bank — Dispute transaction on my credit card

Dear sir,

We have not authorized below transaction on my credit card no. [protected] but hdfc bank not solve my problem and charged this amount on my card and we have already requested with dispute form but bank has rejected my request so i request to please check and solve my issue and reverse my amount on my card.
