[Resolved] HDFC Bank — dispute unresolved | |||
I was charged by a merchant twice when i only used my card once. Money was deducted from my account and it was on three transaction for a total of rs. 2100/- dispute was filed with the bank on march 7 and it's almost end of april there is no credit being issued by the bank when i called the bank on 27th march they informed me that the dispute is completed and the amount will be credited but since then i have been getting a run around and when i called today i was informed by a specialist that it will be credited by eod but i don't see any credits...
