[Resolved] HDFC Bank — disputed transaction through upi | |||
I had a transaction on 4th nov 2019 through hdfc upi of amount rs.4817 with utr:[protected]. But the amount got deducted and the order has not confirmed. I raised a complaint in the concerned home branch after 7 days waiting period. They raised a charge bank with the merchant and said it will be reflected in more 7 working days. I waited for 10 working days and visited the bank again. They once again raised a complaint and said that it is in the process.. The amount will be credited very soon mostly in 2-3 working days. I waited for 7 working days again and approached the bank again regarding the same. This time they have got a mail from the concerned merchant amount confirmation but the branch manager of hdfc responded one day late to them and asked me to write a letter and gave a complaint number 10790445 and said that it will be reflected in my account in 7 working days. Its been two weeks now since then but nothing has been done. I patiently waited for one month 20 days (50 days in total) but no use until now. I don't understand what's the problem in refunding back the deducted amount of which i don't find any fault from my side. Was this information helpful? | |||
