[Resolved] HDFC Bank — ecs debit return charges | |||
Hi - I have a salary account with hdfc bank and the account number is [protected]. I have linked lic to my hdfc to deduct amount via ecs. Unfortunately i have not maintained the balance for the month october 2017. So i have paid lic, the actual amount inclusive of fine. But hdfc bank has deducted rs. 14259.63 (Attached).in all the above deductions, i not even received any intimation via call/email/sms from the bank before deductions. Request you to consider my complaint and help me to get my money back and also to avoid further deductions in my account. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am one of the unfortunate customer of this THUG bank and they have looted Rs.14000 so far, I am going to file a case against them in Court of Justice, Banks like HDFC are taking advantage of the leverage given by RBI and we should not keep quite otherwise they will keep looting our money with some or the other reasons, they have shown 6 ECS returns in a day, they are making fun of their consumers by doing this and that's how they are making money.
Don't let them progress or else there will be a day when these Banks will govern society in a wrong way.
I would appeal people to join hands and recommend RBI to cancel their Banking License.

I have linked SIP of Rs 4000 to my hdfc to deduct amount via ecs. Unfortunately i have not maintained the balance for the month of December 2017.
So i have paid the amount inclusive of fine. But hdfc bank has deducted rs 3000 (Attached).In all the above deductions, i not even received any intimation via call/email/sms from the bank before deductions. How can i accept that for a SIP of Rs 4k, deductions are Rs 3k.This is simply which is not accepted from so reputed bank.It seems a scheme to loot their customers.Though I am a classic customer to hdfc.
Request you to consider my complaint and help me to get my money back and also to avoid further deductions in my account. Thank you.
