ECS penalty charges for 1265 deducted from my account#- [protected] and no one is working on getting the amount reverted to my account. My personal banker calls me on a regular basis for taking loans, asking me queries if I have any. But when I reach out to her to help me with this issue. She says we can't. Amount has been deducted due to insufficient balance at that time. Even though I communicated HDFC people that I would be making payment by Feb 5, 2017. DO not deduct any charges, they ignore it and deducted charges. What great work by you bunch of idiot peoples at HDFC. KNow how to sweet talk and cheat cusotmers. Was this information helpful? | |
