[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Elitmus payment of rs. 1003/- debited from account but not received by elitmus

Hi,
I am akshay soni from indore, i have a salary account in hdfc bank. Last night i had made a payment of rs 1003/- on elitmus site via netbanking and screen displayed that session timed out but the money was debited from the account and not recived by them. Then i had to make another payment for the same. Please help me get my refund, i am not able to get to the customer care executive to register my complaint. Following are the details:

The transaction has been successfully processed at the Bank's end. Incase if the final status of the transaction is not known, we would request you to check with the merchant.

It may take 1-2 working days for the payment settlement to the merchant end. Incase if the merchant denies of having received the funds, do write back to us at [protected]@hdfcbank.com with the merchant confirmation of non-receipt of funds.
