Hi, I am akshay soni from indore, i have a salary account in hdfc bank. Last night i had made a payment of rs 1003/- on elitmus site via netbanking and screen displayed that session timed out but the money was debited from the account and not recived by them. Then i had to make another payment for the same. Please help me get my refund, i am not able to get to the customer care executive to register my complaint.
