[Resolved] HDFC Bank — employee behavior | |
I am writing this requesting the bank to address bad behavior by one of it's employee on a call which he did. Lumpsum story, an employee from 'general office' in ghaziabad made a few calls for informing about credit cards payment, which i was unable to attend being busy during the day. Towards the evening, he calls again and outright starts behaving badly while blaming me for intentionally ignoring his calls. I wonder what effect such behavior might be having on your overall customer retention efforts. However, i would be glad if this specific issue is addressed asap.
