This is a complaint regarding mr upendra who is relationship manager at hdfc sagar, madhya pradesh.

Mr upendra has lost all the documents related to change of signing authorities for the society accounts v k jain foundation, and from last one month this request is pending, also he has not informed for the same and repeatedly kept saying that the request is under process.

Request you to kindly follow up and take strict action against him.
