HDFC Bank — employee doesn't have information on customers loan | |||
Hi sir my name is simsy varghese from pune i had applied for loan of rs 120000 from hdfc bank viman nagar giga space 3rd floor and my loan application i'd (Dpl[protected] on dated 21/10/2018 and the response i got from an employee of the bank was pathetic. Now i regret, the fact that i had approached hdfc for a personal loan. The guy whose name is nitin, has been rude to me, right from the starting of our conversation regarding the loan. Whenever i called for updates on it, he just said "whenever it has to happen it will happen, don't have to call and disturb me for it". How can a employee talk to a customer in that way??
