After i got hdfc credit card, they also offered me this ergo insurance. I was interested. But before accepting this insurance, i have told them that i need to receive the documents which can shows all the coverage of this insurance. Logically, its not possible for people to accept insurance on their verbal promises. So i told them, first send me the documents, then i will accept this insurance. But just today, i realised my credit card balance has reduced, eventhough i am sure i didnt use it even once. So i called hdfc customer care, they said the ergo insurance cut my money. And provided me a number to call for cancellation. I called and got connected to a person. But after i explained my situation, the call got disconnected suddenly. I tried to call back many times using the same phone number, but automated message indicated that the line was busy, cannot be connected. So i tried to call using my mobile number, its getting through. Immediately, i used the other number to call them, its again saying cannot be connected. So the case here is, if i use the number i tried before, i will not get through. But if i use a brand new number, its getting through. This is outrageous.
I need to receive a call from your side about my issues. And please dont just ring once. None will pick up a call at its first ring. Was this information helpful? |
