Car met with accident .. survey done...documents submitted..Claim got passed on 31 jan 2017 &
Contacted customer care.. they told to Contact [protected]@hdfcgi.com
Every detail was sent to the company..
Got reply with RTGS REF NO.. told me to contact bank but when contacted bank... they told no such RTGS SEEN IN SYSTEM.
Again today 06 feb 2017 .. tried to contact Customer care.. they told contact Claim settlement head of pune.. o[censored]r area.
Tried to contact him.. still saying its pending.. will put complaint..
Customer care is saying .. ur RTGS is done... claim settlement manager is saying its not yet done..
No management at all.. wt customer should do... ?????
They just giving assurance soon u will get but just hope.
