HDFC Bank Ergo General Insurance — claim processing

I submitted a travel claim on 22 April and the team has repeatedly been asking for the same documents again and again. Today on 13 june, i have submitted the documents for the 6th time. As per the policy the claim is processed within 7 days. It has been 2 months almost that i have not recieved any redressal for a small amount of 3000. This is purely mental harassment.

Your debited Rs.8124 in my credit card for insurance premium without my knowledge. Already i am having all insurance policies. so please cancel the the policy and reverse the amount immediately.
