HDFC Bank Ergo General Insurance — delay on approval | |||
This is the worst experiance of mine with hdfc ergo. I met with an accident through my bike on 17th feb, i dropped my bike in service centre next day on 18th feb. Today is 26th, since 8 days i am not getting approval on my claim, there is no authorised person who take care of it. The surveyor name is bunty ([protected]) whenever i called he never picked up.
