HDFC Bank Ergo General Insurance — reimbursement issues

I claimed my reimbursement on[protected] but they are not clearing my claim. Hospital tpa submitted all the document related to reimbursement, but hdfc ergo claim team not clearing my claim. I do not know what is the issue.

I am requesting from hdfc claim team to call me from last 3 week. But there is no response from hdfc ergo claim team. Very bad support from hdfc ergo claim team.
I already called hdfc ergo team 4 to 5 time but there is no response from their side. One of the worse health insurance service. I do not know what to do so i am registering a complaint. Please do something.
