Worst Customer Care I have an existing Car Insurance Policy#[protected] which expired on 22nd March as I missed to renew it. I immediately called customer care, provided my details and was assured on the process of "Vehicle inspection" that insurance will be done. I went online & registred for Vehicle Inspection against a Quote# MR[protected]. I got a calls on 25th March from the number "[protected]", the person offered me 2 appointments to pick from one. 1st - Morning/Afternoon time 26th March 2nd - Same day, evening by 5pm Since like all others I am also a working proffessional I could not take leave/time off on 26th hence I requested if possible same day(25th March) after 6pm but the person on line expressed his in-ablility, understanding same I said yes for 5Pm and he "COMMITTED" (I hope you understand the meaning of this word) me that the agent will come for inspection by 5pm. I had to cancel an urgent meeting of mine because I wanted this task to be done asap, I waited till 5pm but got a call around 5.30 from the inspection agent named "Hemant" as per True Caller from the number +91 [protected] & he said if I could agree to a timing on for next day. I explained him how I canceled my meeting and rescheduled to next so was impossible taking leave and cancel the meeting, !!again!!, to my shock he simply said not possible and disconnected the call on my face (now thats very rude). I got pissed/angry called customer care & explained how after a COMMITTMENT I am denied rudely and there is no value/consideration to my valueable time given that meeting was canceled, another surprise agent name "Dhara" placed my call on hold and came back to start explaining me policy as how it takes 1 day after quote generation and since I generated it 25th morning I should wait. Well I guess she and neither of people involves know the value of COMMITTMENT moreover I fear if they understand ENGLISH. Nevertheless she atleast realized, apologized and told me she will try her best to arrange same at 6.00pm. I got a call today an hour back again from same agent (Name and number above) & everything back to ground '0' he asked me morning/afternoon & after I confronted him he simply disconnected the line on my face by saying "sorry not possible" (Again, you guys have guts to be rude repeatedly) Very Rude, very pathetic, worst, disappointing and an unprofessional behavior. I will make sure to make this feedback on social sites/forums as mush as possible. Also, I am discontinuing any existing relation with HDFC i.e. Card, HDFC Erogo accidental insurance & bank account, you deserve it and to never suggest anyone to go to HDFC.
