Still machine is not working, its been over 13 days, no response from your end. Not sure if hdfc is really serious to do business. Confirm back to us, so that we can go with other solution, instead of loosing so much business.
Largest bank in india, takes 13 days to resolve one deactivation of card machine, and none of your folks have any idea on what is happening. One guy says it is documentation issue, one guy says it is due to physical verification, one guy says it is due to device.
However when i checked with call center today, came to know the account has been deactivated and they refused to register complaint stating they can not take complaint for deactivated accounts.
I am really surprised with the services from hdfc and no one is willing to take any ownership.
