[Resolved] HDFC Bank — escalation against floor supervisor - rahul nimbalkar | |||
I spoke with one of the floor supervisors rahul nimbalkar, employee id r8315, regarding delivery of my credit card. This is to bring in to your notice that he is rude, unapologetic and absolutely absurd. I had called hdfc to put a request and have the card delivered to one of my colleagues at the regestered address as my dad is hospitalised and have no one with me. I am in need of the card as i would be using it for my dad's treatment. I understand that an authorization letter is required for this and i am ready to send the authorization letter and the required ids to my colleague however they want the original documents at the time of delivery which is not feasible for me because if i could go to the registered address and produce the document, i would rather collect it myself. Second option was to collect it from the nearest branch but for that again it would take another 3 working days and so i requested for a next day delivery being in the same city to which he declined again. As i informed earlier that i am in need of the card and i cannot wait that long because anyways if i have to wait that long again, i can rather collect it myself once am available in office. I asked if they could ask the courier to get it delivered at the hospital to which he declined. Asked for other options and he rudely declined and was absolutely unhelpful. His tone was rude and was misbehaving. I asked for someone superior and he bluntly declined. I warned him that he is declining a supervisors call and he rudely says that he knows. It seems that hdfc does not take any strict action against any of such people who is mannerless, rude and unhelpful and they are already aware that nothing will go against him. People like him are a shame to your brand and will spoil your reputation. It is such a shame that being a loyal customer of hdfc bank, i had to experience this unpleasant situation. They are treating you as if they don't need any customers. Employees like such should should be terminated on the grounds of misconduct and should take some strict disciplinary action. I would request the bank to look into this matter and contact me regarding this asap. I will also post my experience in social platforms for others to know how badly they treat their customers.
