Dear team,
I have resigned on 10th of September 2021 because I have hernia and jaw problem for which I have to operate as soon as possible. My last working day was 16th September and after that I have operated for the same and the same reports has been shared with HR and supervisor.
After my hernia operation, I was not allowed to travel and the total time which needs to travel from my home to office is 4 hours up & down.
I have requested for work from home for that time period because it's a calling job and I have my laptop and all software which works completely but the management was not allowed me for the same.
If I have done work from home from my joining month March 2021 to August 2021, I don't understand what was the problem for last 2.5 months when I really need that because my family condition is not stable to pay 3 months notice period salary.
So I don't have a money to pay off the notice period and I was very cleared from first day that I was not able to travel and they won't give me work from home so I requested them to release me on immediate basis so that there will be no loss on portfolio as well as no confusion for the same.
I was the part of HDFC from March 2021 to September 2021 and I really need this letter because for my future job if HDFC be a part of my resume it will be easy for me to start working in other organisations. And currently still I am on rest period and i am not working and can't work till May 2022. So If I don't get my letter I can't able to make them understand 1.5 years gap which is not good for my career.
I just want to know that I never said I don't want to serve notice period I just requested them for work from home and if they had Given me work from home that time there will be no notice period waiver as well as I was employed till December and no need to do all these things.
I have mailed my supervisor, RH HR, HR (RH) for last 7 months but they haven't replied me and said come to office after 6 months follow up.
I have a slip disc problem and they told me to come to office just for saying no we can't do anything, we can take notice period waiver approval only for exception cases so you have to pay for the same as per the agreement you signed before joining. But as per my knowledge I haven't signed any aggreement like this.
Please resolve my issue.
