HDFC Bank — excess cash given mistakenly

Address:Fatehabad, Haryana

my father gave 60x1000/-=60000/- instead of 50000/- mistakenly but cashier dont return back. It is clearly shown in cctv footage n bank & my shop also, i lodge a ccomplain to B.M.& M.D. But didn't positive response. So, please help me in this case
