[Resolved] HDFC Bank — excess personal loan amount sanctioned | |||
Hi, i am sridhar and i requested for a balance transfer of my personal loan (7.75 lakhs) with a top up of 2.25 lakhs, 10 lakhs in total but 12 lakhs has been sanctioned and credited to my account. I went to home branch and gave a rebooking request to rectify the same, it’s been 15 days since i gave the request, there is no action taken till date. Kindly look into the same and get it addressed. I want to close both the credit cards associated with my customer ID 42653207. I am not using either of those cards ending with 0094 and the other card as well.
