Hello,
HDFC bank is charging me AUTO PAYMENT charges from last 1 year without my permission.
I have not start auto repayment on my credit card and whenever I called their call centre, they giving me answer that they will callback in 24 hrs.But I did not have any single callback from them.
I am not going to pay any AUTO PAYMENT charges to them.
One of their customer care representative have also told me that these charges would be reversed but nothing was happened and my payment amount is increased by HDFC from Rs.900 to RS.3500.I have also all recordings of their representatives.
So, do please needfull ASAP.
