HDFC Bank — extra emi issue

Currently my two consumer loan running with hdfc bank.

For those emi is 5497& 3331

But hdfc bank charging extra emi-5814 &3648

Also charged 2800 rs for unknown reason.

I need immediate support with call back from your side

Last month also you charge 450 & 450 extra

I want 900+634 =1534 rs back

As I have received call from your side that is no charge taken by the hdfc

But you are charging wrong
