[Resolved] HDFC Bank — extra unnecessary charges hdfc credit card | |||||
Dear concerned, I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. I have paid my credit card amount on time to time but the bank is continuously charging unnecessary finance charges 122.48 rupees in january month statement and 118.18 in december month statement. Also they have charged 1300 rs for 5500 amount that i have taken from atm in last november month 26.11.2017. Their guideline stated that 5% or min 500 rs. Charges will be applicable for amount taken from atm but this amount is beyond 5%. Also, they never intimated me for deduction details by any email and messaging. I am completely disappointed about this service and don’t want to membership any more. Please refund my deducted amount rs. 122.48, 118.18, and 590 for extra deduction of atm cash. My name is Deepak Raja. I didn't received my reversal money 12000 & still no actions taken on home branch treated me like a [censored]. Someone give me solutions or else I am going to take severe action on entire HDFC Bank.

Please block the food card. Avail the new food card with previous amount in the lost food card. As it was lost, so I don't know the card number.
Please resolve it ASAP.
