[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — failed transaction

Dear Sir/Mam
I have paid BSES electricity bill using PayZapp.There I have applied promocode BILLPAY but the transaction failed.Also, the amount is deducted from my account
and I get to know about this via sms.
I tried calling PayZapp customer care through the number[protected] but they are always busy as usual.
In how much time my balance will be restored in my account?
Can I apply promocode BILLPAY again?
