[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fake amount deduction from credit card | |||
Hi dispute team, As per your mail 1474/- amount has been settled by you. But as per my last statement it is reflecting as debit. I do not know why this is happening again and again. Why you guys are not settling that amount. This month i paid only 1012 rs of amount after deducting 1474 rs from my bill, again you are charging late fine fee of rs 400 + gst Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. I will not pay any late fee charges and 1474 rs coz this fault is yours not mine. You can also see my all the payments i made in time except this one.
