HDFC Bank — Fake Commitment on HDFC SL Sampoorn Samridhi | |||
My name is Tanaya Banerjee and I have been highly disappointed with the services of your esteemed company HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company. I would like to bring this issue to your notice that I have been associated with HDFC Bank from the last 5 years and I am very upset with the behaviour from everyone. No one is helpful. Unfortunately I took a HDFC Life Sampoorn Samridhi Insurance Plan on 18th April 2013 which was the biggest mistake of my life. I was given all fake commitments from the branch person in Yusuf Sarai, HDFC Bank, New Delhi. I have given my Jharkhand address for the documents to be sent which I did not receive on time as the address mentioned on the policy papers are wrong. People in your company are only busy to sell the product. They don't even take our details properly and its so sad as if we are investing money on waste. Hence, the cancellation period got over and i could not cancel this policy.My policy number is : 16030350 and my client id is : 60731757. It's a five years policy and I do not wish to continue with the same because of the fake commitments. This is not the end. To know the procedure I went to the HDFC Life office in Bikaji Cama Place, New Delhi on 21st February 2015 and met Mr. R.K Tyagi. He asked me to write a complaint and said that I would receive a call in 7 days which never happened. I was not aware that a brand like HDFC can be so casual about a customer's complaint. I am feeling being cheated. I called Mr. R.K Tyagi to know my status of the complaint and he informed me that the complaint has been closed stating that its invalid. I want to ask you all a question that HOW CAN YOU TREAT YOUR COSTUMER LIKE THIS?????? NO ONE WAS BOTHERED TO CALL ME AND WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE THEY CLOSED MY COMPLAINT. I am paying ever month Rs.2425 towards this policy and i can not believe that you people do not respect your customer. The amount which I was supposed to pay ever month was Rs.2425 which it was increased to Rs.2462 from when I don't know... The amount is automatically debited from my HDFC account as well. I want my total money back as I have facing a lot of problems after taking this membership. I want someone to look on this matter and get it sorted asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
