I applied with the help of one of representative on 7/09/2022.
At the time of applying, I asked her to disclose any hidden charges and also, requested to give me best suitable deal. As I only wanted to pay least amount of interest. I was ready to pay maximum down payment.
She also promised to waive off HP charge as well if I apply for loan before 10th September.
Now, once the loan is sanctioned she withheld my login file as there was some discount pending related to bike purchase. Once that was confirmed on Monday I asked to provide me all the charges details and interest amount. Then I found out that she has not waived off HP charge and provided me with the deal where I ended up paying maximum possible interested amount.
She was also not aware about the preclosure process for this loan. I had to take help from phone banking to get information about that.
Her name is Aarti Tayal.
I purchased this bike from Bajaj showroom Shamli and she is an HDFC agent there.
I had very terrible experience of her and I do not want to further continue this loan.
Also, I want HDFC Bank to take action against her for making false Promises.
