HDFC Bank — fast tag - amount deducted but got error message and not able to track application

I have applied for FASTag Program through HDFC bank today. While paying by third party credit card, the transaction ended up with an error message screen but the amount has been deducted from my account. There is no link, mail or even message update to track my application also. I tried reaching HDFC customer care ([protected]) many times, but the number seems to be busy always. Herewith, i have attached the screenshot for reference. I want an answer for my money. Please respond asap.

I was finally able to reach customer care agent ([protected]) yesterday, after multiple tries. The agent asked me the mobile number, and confirmed receipt of payment. I was informed that, I would be getting an SMS containing the shipment details in 24-48 hours
