[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — fast tag

I have applied for fast tag on 27/11/2019 online on hdfc website. I filled in all the details and followed all instructions online. The amount of Rs 500 has been debited from my account but I have not received any confirmation . After the payments page I got an error on web page but amount was still debited from my bank account. Application reference number is HFR626586.

Hdfc has refunded the amount to me .. but no attempt was made to contact me .. I am satisfied as long as the amount is refunded hence closing the complaint .
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
