[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag application processing regard

I had submitted an online application for fastag. An amount of inr 300 was paid in this regard on 23-jan-2018. The amount was transacted from my hdfc savings account. On 24th jan, the signed, scanned application along with payment details was uploaded at hdfc fastag portal. To which neither a confirmation was received for successful submission of application nor the tag is received till date. Also, unable to find any help centre details to reach out.

Updated by Subramanian Valliappan The application reference number (HFR026588) under which netbanking transaction was done for INR 300 on 23-Jan-2018 and the scanned, signed soft-copy was uploaded on 24-Jan-2018. Neither a confirmation nor the tag is received.
