[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag | |
I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr (200 for security amount, 200 as the top up amount and 100 as processing fee). The reference number of the application is hfr829056 on 1st dec 2019. I have uploaded rc copy as demanded and received only wallet creation email from bank side on 6th dec 2019. I have checked my wallet detail via online portal, my name and other details were missing. As well i noticed no balance on it. There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended. We tried to reach local back for update where staff is not responding properly, they get rude. The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status. If bank has lot of load and able to supply in time then please let government know about this. Was this information helpful? | |
