I applied for fast tag 10 days back with reference no hfr953811. Rs 500 deducted from my account, since then no response from bank, customer care number is not working, no email provided how can i track my order..., i have called at customer care number but no response also not able to contact any hdfc branch it's already 14 th december today, only 1 day to go for fast tag, what next is confusing..

Your application has been received at our end & you will receive the Tag in 15 working days from the date of application. The dispatch details of the tag will be shared with you via SMS.
