Been trying to update kyc from past 10 days there’s poor response and customer care service also not available when needed
Tried to update the mail there’s no confirmation
Even after having a account n hdfc bank there’s no response and any mail regarding the process or update on the status o[censored]pdate
And when enquired about the status from calling it shows as active but the executive said the account has been freezed it’s been 10 days now I’m wasting my time and patience doing the process and sending mails
