HDFC Bank Fastag — fast tag is not working

One of the worst service from hdfc fasttag. Fasttag received is faulty and not working i have 700 in the account. But fast tag did not work in any toll. Do not buy from hdfc. I need a refund and suspend the account. Fast tag number [protected]. Make sure i get refund immediately.

From past 3 days i have been calling customer service it is engage. Not sure what sort of customer service is in place. I feel hdfc fast tag is cheating consumers. Need a immediate solve

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr but no conformation received or not able to check the application status.
Welcome letter to my registered mail and no way to track my application status.

There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number also given its busy or not being attended.
