HDFC Bank Fastag — fastag not delivered ; application reference no. is hfr721147

I applied my fastag application reference no. is HFR721147 on 29 Nov 2019. But till now I am waiting for this fastag.
I am continuously calling on given helpline care number but the call could not be connected and also there is no searching link for HDFC fastag. Where can I get the status of my application.
Please let me know when can I get the fastag delivered to my address.
