I registered and paid for my fastag on november 30, 2019.
Upon registration and payment, i received an email with the customer id and the wallet id. Details are as mentioned below:
Customer id:[protected]
Wallet id: [protected]
I also received a confirmation email mentioning the a/c balance. Below is the email text of the confirmation email:

Your fastag has been successfully recharged for rs. 300 on 11/30/2019 4:38:03 pm. Our reference number for the transaction is [protected]. Balance amount in the account is rs. 300.00 - hdfc bank ltd. —
However, no details on the courier/shipment were provided. Note:
- no waybill number/tracking id was provided
- no notification was sent about the shipment dispatch
- no notification was sent about the courier company
It has been over 20 days and i haven't received my fastag yet.
This is a clear case of intentionally withholding information to cheat a customer. Why were the shipment details withheld? Who has the fastag shipment been delivered to?
I am awaiting an immediate response, failing which i will take further action.
