Myself babu having hdfc personal banking account for 15 years. Recently i have applied for fasttag card through hdfc bank and choosing my personal bank details as "yes" in the portal. The card has been dispatched to my home address where i have shifted to bangalore resently.
In the application there is no provision to change the address as i have linked my bank account.
Now i want the fasttag to redirect to my current address and there is no provision to contact hdfc bank.
Even bank employees are clue less and they are not helping on this.
What kind of application you are developing and this is pure harrasment to the customers. After being you hdfc and they response i get is "0".
Kindly resolve the issue immediately.
