HDFC Bank Fastag — not able to login and reset my password

I have been using hdfc fast tag since feb and i used to login using mobile number and password. For the past 2 months i am not able to login. Customer id is required to reset the password and i do not have customer id with me. Could you please help me in resetting the password or provide customer id or wallet id to proceed further. Fast tag mobile number - [protected] Vehicle reg number - majaxxmrkajr84300 As we know dec 1 onward, fast tag is mandatory and i have been trying to get support from hdfc, but no response yet. Please resolve this issue by today, otherwise i do not have any other option except switching to other dealers. Let me know if you need any further information. Quick response would be appreciated. Dec 02, 2019 Updated by Irshad2890 I emailed to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com regarding this issue. There is no response yet. I called customer thrice in the last 10 days, and they had taken this complaint and no communication or no actions yet. I have never imagined this much poor support from HDFC bank even though huge competitors found for fast tag. Please update me ASAP.
