I have been using hdfc fast tag since feb and i used to login using mobile number and password. For the past 2 months i am not able to login.
Customer id is required to reset the password and i do not have customer id with me.
Could you please help me in resetting the password or provide customer id or wallet id to proceed further.

As we know dec 1 onward, fast tag is mandatory and i have been trying to get support from hdfc, but no response yet.
Please resolve this issue by today, otherwise i do not have any other option except switching to other dealers.
