HDFC Bank — fastag - not able to register user id

Address:Andheri West, Mumbai City, Maharashtra

I applied for fastag with hdfc bank for 3 vehicles in family. Now the problems are
1. I am not able to know which fastag is for which vehicle as nothing is mentioned on tag
2. I had an issue while registering user id online as system got hung. Now when i want to register as '1st time user' message says 'already registered' and when i click on forgot password, message says 'user id does not exist'
3. Customer care number is always busy and i am not able to get the above issues resolved
Kindly assist in resolving the issues at the earliest
