HDFC Bank — fastag not received

Address:No. 5, 2nd Cross, Chikka Ramaiah Layout, Jinkathimmanahalli, Varanasi, Anandapura, T.C. Palya Main Road,, 560036

I have applied for fastag for my car through HDFC Bank. My Customer Id is[protected] and Wallet Id is [protected]. But i have not received the kit. I was trying to reach out to the customer care toll free but not getting. Also sent a mail on the same to hdfc.[protected]@sahaj.co.in so far no one has responded. Please help me to track my fastag kit status. Thank you.
