[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — fastag not received

Reference to my earlier complaint, please note link you provided to submit fast tag complaint is not proper. Link is not showing fast tag reference in box and asking complaint number.

Please confirm what to do now

My fast tag application nunber is : hfr658747

Costumer id :[protected]

I have applied for 3 cars and paid 1500rs online from debit card

I have also received emails from hdfc bank about confirmation but i have not received fastag nor i have any information when we will get it.

Your helpline numbers are not working, your helpline portals are not working, your local hdfc bank branch has no answers, even not getting confirmation from your side.

Such bad service by leading private bank is not accepted.

Please confirm when we will get our tag.
