HDFC Bank — fastag not received

Dear sir, i applied for hdfc fastag online on 22nd nov 2019 with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
After that i received a sms that my wallet was recharged for rs.300/-. But still i haven't received fastag sticker.
The tollfree does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it already mandatory from 15th december 2019. My fastag application reference no. Is hfr786874.
You are requested to resolve the matter and instruct the concern to send me the fastag sticker.
